Game Notebook: Mond breaks A&M total offense record in impressive showing

Apparently, nobody told the Aggies that the Arkansas defense was supposed to be one of the best in the SEC as the Maroon & White gained 442 yards in a 42-31 A&M win. Texas A&M is now 4-1 at the midway point of the 2020 season.

Kellen Mond just keeps reaching milestones.

During his strong performance in a 42-31 Southeastern Conference football victory over Arkansas on Saturday night, the senior quarterback set a Texas A&M record for career for total offense.

Mond has accumulated 10,015 yards of total offense to surpass Johnny Manziel on A&M’s all-time list. That’s just the latest of his achievements.

He’s the first A&M player to reach 10,000 total yards.
