Confidence is key
The amount of confidence that Buzz's team has gained in one year is tremendous. Last season, you could tell each player struggled to understand what Buzz wanted from them and what their roles were within the team. Even when the team found a little momentum and won some games, they still didn't fully understand exactly what their head coach was looking for on each possession.
