The pompousness of Ohio State cheerleaders Kirk Herbstreit and Joey Galloway, who moonlight as ESPN college football analysts, was irksome. Their dismissiveness toward Texas A&M was infuriating.

You remember their narratives: Florida was better than A&M despite losing to the Aggies on October 10.

Then, the Aggies (8-1) weren’t winning impressively even though they beat six consecutive opponents by double figures.
