Texas A&M recently extended an offer to Ashdown (AR) 2023 TE Shamar Easter, who is generating significant buzz across the southeast as one of the top tight ends in the class. He is keeping an open mind to his options, but the Texas A&M offense has his attention.

Texas A&M has had quite a bit of success recruiting Arkansas since Jimbo Fisher’s arrival in College Station, and the Aggies are now targeting another top Arkansas talent: Ashdown 2023 tight end Shamar Easter‍.

“I was pretty excited, and I was grateful to get an offer,” Easter said.

At 6-foot-5, 215-pounds, Easter is a big target for the Ashdown offense. He is fast, physical and versatile, and he enjoys studying Michael Thomas and Kyle Pitts.
