Key notes from Stephen McGee interview

  • D.J. Durkin has big shoes to fill. I’m a big Mike Elko fan and thought he did a good job for us. He built a brand on defense, and it started with stopping the run before building up the pass rush. It’s quite the loaded group of talent, and it has to be nice. It also has to be nice to be a defensive coordinator that has an offensive-minded head coach on the other side that allows you to do what you need to do with your defense.
