Baseball is a funny game.

Not a lot of folks gave Texas A&M much of a chance against a top-15 LSU team in Baton Rouge this weekend. Who could blame them?

Going into the three-game series, this Aggie baseball team was scuffling after a lackluster midweek performance against the Houston Cougars in which the same issues that have been plaguing this club again reared their ugly heads. LSU came in with a talented roster and much more confidence.
