QB Conner Weigman: The freshman quarterback is looking to have a strong encore to his exceptional first college start. In the 31-28 loss to Ole Miss last week, Weigman completed 28-of-44 passes for 338 yards and four touchdowns. He did not throw an interception. He’s the first A&M quarterback since Johnny Manziel to throw for more than 300 yards and four touchdowns without an interception.
