QB Conner Weigman: The true freshman struggled in his second career start, but that largely can be attributed to his constantly being under pressure in a 13-10 loss to Auburn. Weigman completed just 38.9 percent of his attempts for 121 yards. He still managed a 17-yard touchdown pass. He also showed a willingness to scramble, which previous A&M quarterbacks have appeared reluctant to do.
