McKinney (TX) standout Xavier Filsaime‍ has been making plays around the DFW Metroplex for years now. He first emerged on recruiting radars as a wide receiver.

As a freshman-to-be, Filsaime passed the eyeball test at a solid 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, and college coaches quickly noticed his play with his first offers arriving from Kansas and Northern Arizona in September of his freshman year.
