Following a monumentous series win over Florida, Texas A&M turns its attention to what lies ahead with just seven regular season games left to play. The Aggies will have to jump over their next conference hurdle when the Alabama Crimson Tide comes to town this weekend.

Jim Schlossnagle has used that phrase an awful lot at various junctures throughout this up-and-down Aggie baseball campaign. Like all cliches, it can lose its punch if said too often, but it shouldn’t — especially if you’ve paid close attention to what’s happened at Blue Bell Park this season.
