1. Go out and allow a single touchdown and just ten points in a season-opener, and it's a good day at the office for any defense, regardless of opponent. But more than the stats (which were plenty good, by the way), D.J. Durkin's Aggie defense showed some signs that they've progressed in some key areas over a season ago. There were also a few individual standouts that left this corner somewhat encouraged entering the Ags' first big test of the season.
