• A year after holding Miami and quarterback Tyler Van Dyke to just three field goals, the Hurricanes blew through the Texas A&M defense to the tune of 48 points (six touchdowns by the offense and one on special teams) and nearly 500 yards.

Van Dyke threw for 374 yards and five touchdowns while connecting on 21 of 30 passes, and the Hurricanes saw three receivers go over 75 yards, including Xavier Restrepo hauling in six for 126 with a long of 48.
