Big win vs. Auburn also represented A&M's first big recruiting weekend

Texas A&M's big 27-10 win over Auburn last Saturday came with a number of highly-touted recruits in the stands, increasing interest for some of the nation's top prospects. If the Aggies dispatch Arkansas this weekend, watch out for a recruiting herd on Oct. 7 against Alabama.

For the first time this football season, the Texas A&M football staff took on what would be considered a big recruiting weekend.

Sure, they had five-star recruit Terry Bussey‍ in town when the Aggies played Louisiana Monroe (we'll have more on him later this week as we close on his decision day), but in terms of quality and volume of recruits visiting, last weekend against Auburn was on a different level.
