With Max Johnson now leading the charge offensively, Texas A&M had no trouble adjusting and overcoming numerous self-inflicted wounds to claim the 2023 Southwest Classic. While still far from perfect, the Aggies have proven their ability to be aggressive offensively.

Even though it felt like Texas A&M could move the ball at will against Arkansas following the first two or three possessions, this one turned out to be a bit of a tale of two halves for the offense.

The Aggies came out red-hot but didn't quite finish strong.

Things could have gotten out of hand early in Arlington.

The Ags opened the game by marching 75 yards in eight plays for a touchdown.
