• The Aggie defense looked as good as they have to date under D.J. Durkin, and the two-game run to open SEC play has been nothing short of vintage Wrecking Crew stuff.

Yes, the Ags have been that good.

Saturday's showing in Jerry World hit a heck of a lot differently because of who it was that the Maroon & White tacklers shut down. This was not Auburn one month under Hugh Freeze featuring a transfer portal QB trying to figure out a new system.
