In Claiborne, A&M locks down another piece of the puzzle

For the second time in three days, Kevin Sumlin and the Aggies landed a longtime, priority target, continuing their stunning raid on top-tier defensive talent.

On Tuesday, Port Allen (LA) linebacker Darian Claiborne made the call, ultimately choosing A&M over Bo Pelini’s Nebraska Cornhuskers.  The 6-1, 226-pounder also held offers from Arkansas, TCU, Arizona State, Tech, Ole Miss and Mississippi State, among others.
