If there's one thing we've learned after Mike Elko's first week on the job, it's that he certainly has a plan.

Even without much of a staff put together, the new Texas A&M head man has been burning up the roads as well as the midnight oil in an effort to kickstart the Maroon & White recruiting machine under his leadership.
