Baseball Thoughts: No. 7 Texas A&M's 'fun & encouraging' start to 2024

Through seven games, the Fightin' Texas Aggies have been extremely impressive at the plate and on the mound, with Max Weiner's pitching staff currently leading the nation in ERA. Still, it's just a fun and encouraging start for the Maroon & White. Nothing more, nothing less.

Fun and encouraging.

If you listened to my Monday segment on TexAgs Radio, you'll know that's the two adjectives I've used to describe the start to the 2024 season for Texas A&M baseball.

The Aggies are undefeated and outscoring their opponents 80-8 through seven games.

The pitching looks massively improved in terms of their ability to throw the ball in the strike zone.
