Reviewing A&M's recruiting returns in first four months of Elko tenure

Since his November arrival in College Station, Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko has signed the 2024 recruiting class, made 19 transfer portal additions and kick-started the Aggie momentum with the 2025 class. All of this before Elko coaches his first game in Maroon & White.

Mike Elko hasn't coached a football game yet at Texas A&M.

Those start on Aug. 31 when Notre Dame comes to Kyle Field. The results this coming fall and seasons beyond will ultimately write the story of his tenure as the Aggie head man.

However, you can't ignore what he and his staff have done in their first four full months on the job.
