Statistically, Texas A&M’s defense was among the best in the country against the run last season. However, statistics can be deceiving. Were the Aggies really that good? That’s up for debate. But there is no argument that A&M’s defense must be strong against the run to stand up to the powerful rushing offenses in the Southeastern Conference.
