* One of the kicks he made against Texas was the most pressure packed kick of his career. It was your classic last second, fourth down kick for the win which made the pressure so great. There were a few other kicks throughout his career that put A&M ahead for good, but none had the pressure of the one against Texas.

* He had kicked here and there at the beginning of high school, but initially he played soccer his entire life.
