By beating Rutgers on Saturday in Las Vegas, No. 20 Texas A&M finished a 2-1 showing in the Players Era Festival as the Aggies improved to 6-2 on the season. With another quality win in the books, A&M will now face three power conference foes in a row beginning Tuesday.

It’s possible to leave Vegas with more money than you came with.

That’s probably not the case for most people, but the Aggies are leaving with $1 million more in NIL and two solid wins for their resume. We’ll have to wait until later this week for the NET rankings to update, but when A&M’s resume is graded in March, the comeback win over Rutgers will help the Aggies more than we can know now.
