During the Buzz Williams era, the Aggies have historically waited until February to reach their full potential.

However, in 2024-25, Williams has his team firing on all cylinders at the start of SEC play.

Newly-minted No. 10 Texas A&M currently holds the fourth-longest active winning streak in Division I at eight straight, and one game into SEC play, the Aggies boast one of the highest NET rankings under Williams at No. 17.
