Recruiting's fluid nature has always made definitive statements unwise.

The modern era of its practice has added new elements to the formula, but the varying degrees of uncertainty in its commentary persist. It doesn't matter if it's fans, analysts, coaches or recruiting departments; being rigid and unwavering in your predictions or evaluations is often a hard-headed quest to look foolish in the end.
