Another top-10 matchup at Reed Arena. Another disappointing result.

In a six-point loss to then-No. 5 Alabama, the Aggies missed 20 free throws. In an eight-point loss to No. 6 Tennessee, the Aggies missed 25 3-pointers. With a seed-changing win within their grasp, the Maroon & White let another game slip through their fingers, losing back-to-back games for the first time in five weeks.
