Kevin Sumlin’s Aggies proved a lot in their emphatic SEC road win at Auburn on Saturday night. In fact, they proved much more than you think a team could accomplish by beating a (now) 1-7 football team — one that, after A&M’s record-setting 63-21 victory, could be looking for a new head coach.

First and foremost, what the Ags showed at Jordan-Hare Stadium is that they are indeed a very mature football team.
