Texas A&M legend Jack Pardee probably played quarterback at Cristobel High School. However, trying to confirm that proved futile.

Still, it’s a reasonable assumption. After all, Cristobel played six-man football back in Pardee’s high school days, and it’s quite common for a high school coach to put his best athlete at quarterback.

That’s why so many great high school quarterbacks became great collegiate receivers or great safeties or even great linebackers.
