What a difference a play makes.

When Nate Boerkircher hauled in and hung on to Marcel Reed’s fourth-down pass to clinch a stunning, last-second win over Notre Dame, Aggie fans in South Bend, College Station or wherever else they were watching experienced the type of sports euphoria the 12th Man hasn’t gotten to enjoy nearly enough.

I wanted to say “nearly enough in recent years,” but the more accurate end to that statement is “nearly enough ever.
