A&M’s run defense is elite: Mississippi State was averaging 205.8 yards to rank second in the SEC in rushing. The Bulldogs had gained more than 200 rushing yards in each of their previous three games, but A&M stonewalled their running game. The Aggies allowed just 77 rushing yards.
