Turner's late three gives Ags 55-54 win over Washington State

Senior Elston Turner was 1-of-12 shooting before burying an NBA-range three-pointer in the closing seconds to lead Texas A&M to a one-point win over Washington State Tuesday night in Kansas City, Missouri.

KANSAS CITY - Elston Turner hit a top of the key three-pointer with two second left to give the Aggies a 55-54 win over Washington State on Tuesday night.

The win gives A&M the consolation title at the CBE Hall of Fame Classic and improves the Aggies' overall record to 4-1.

A&M followed a poor first half by outscoring WSU 13-5 before the first media timeout of the second half to take a three-point lead.
