College football may have the best Friday and Saturday slate up until this point coming up this weekend. Texas vs. Oklahoma, Missouri vs. Alabama, Texas A&M vs. Florida, Oregon vs. Indiana and even North Texas vs. South Florida! You’re looking at games with serious conference championship and college football playoff implications littered on televisions across the country. It’s time to look at the numbers PrizePicks has to offer in these games.
*Numbers are subject to change*
Aggie of the Week (2-4 Record)
Mario Craver, WR
MORE THAN his receiving yards number
Craver once again filled up the stat sheet with 80 yards receiving this past week. The matchup is there in the slot against a Florida team that has done a standup job stopping the run. Marcel Reed is going to have to air it out, and Craver just may be the guy this week.
Lineup of the Week
Jayden Maiava, QB, USC
MORE THAN 265.5 Passing Yards
The 2025 Michigan defense is much different than the Wolverines’ 2024 and 2023 defenses. This defense is susceptible to offensive playmaking. Maiava at home may throw for 300 yards on this secondary with Ja’Kobi Lane being fully healthy and the whole team coming off the bye.
Makenzie McGill II, RB, North Texas
LESS THAN 50.5 Rushing Yards
McGill is a great runner, but he is slowly being usurped by freshman running back Caleb Hawkins. South Florida has been stout against the run as well. Between sharing a share workload and going against a solid defense, McGill will likely have less than 50 yards in this spot.
Demond Williams, QB, Washington
MORE THAN 309.5 Pass + Rush Yards
There are a couple of guarantees in college football in 2025. One of the guarantees is that Rutgers has a terrible defense. I like Williams in this spot as, even coming off a bye, Rutgers has to travel over 2,500 miles to Seattle. I expect domination from Williams and the Huskies.
J’Koby Williams, RB, Texas Tech
MORE THAN 93.5 Rush + Rec Yards
Williams and Cameron Dickey are one of the best running back tandems in the land. It’s hard to tell which player is going to have the explosive play in the pass game week-to-week; however, Williams seems to be more consistent in terms of total yardage, especially against a Kansas team that has been susceptible to the run.
Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama Crimson Tide
LESS THAN 300.5 Pass + Rush Yards
Simpson is playing like one of the best quarterbacks in college football. However, he is going against two of the more impressive edge rushers in the SEC this year. It’s very possible he takes four or more sacks just like he did against Florida State and Vanderbilt. For that reason, his LESS THAN passing and rushing yards need to be considered.
Other Dawson Selections
Nico Iamaleava, QB, UCLA - LESS THAN 272.5 Pass + Rush Yards
Ahmad Hardy, RB, Missouri - MORE THAN 99.5 Rushing Yards
Jeremiah Cobb, RB, Auburn - MORE THAN 47.5 Rushing Yards
Luke Altmyer, QB, Illinois - LESS THAN 210.5 Passing Yards
Eric Singleton Jr., WR, Auburn - MORE THAN 4.5 Receptions
