The Aggies are 7-0 heading into Week 9. What a world to live in. Despite their success, these PrizePicks numbers are only getting sharper each week, and it’ll be tough to find value from here on out. Sifting through the mud of every number out on PrizePicks, here are some plays that potentially have value.

*Numbers are subject to change*

Aggie of the Week (3-5 Record)

Rueben Owens II, RB, Texas A&M
LESS THAN 70.5 Rushing Yards
With the injury to Le’Veon Moss, there would normally be lots of room for a guy like Owens to take over the backfield. However, EJ Smith and Jamarion Morrow have looked great in their time on the field and have perhaps earned more opportunities on the field. The 70.5 number feels pretty big right here.

Lineup of the Week

Beau Pribula, QB, Missouri
MORE THAN 200.5 Passing Yards
The strength of Missouri’s game has been in its rushing attack. However, if their rushing attack isn’t as dominant against a top-10 Vanderbilt on the road, the Commodores have been susceptible to explosive plays through the air. Pribula does have the weapons to get to this number. He just needs the opportunities, which he may have while trying to keep up against this high-powered offense in Nashville.

CJ Bailey, QB, NC State
MORE THAN 1.5 Passing TD
While the record isn’t flattering, Bailey has legitimately been a star for Dave Doeren’s boys. They’ve had a bye week to prepare for this game after getting slaughtered by a great Notre Dame team. Pitt has one of the better run defenses in the country, but the Panthers are still giving up lots of scores in the redzone. NC State’s path to victory will have to be through the air with the weapons that they have.

Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama
LESS THAN 0.5 INT
South Carolina, as a defense, has generated a lot of turnovers this season, but even with that in mind, Simpson has done nothing but take care of the football this year. He has thrown only one interception to 18 touchdowns this year. It is surprising that the MORE THAN for this number is not a goblin. This is a number that will be a goblin for the majority of the season, but it could be real value here.

LaNorris Sellers, QB, South Carolina
LESS THAN 199.5 Pass + Rush Yards
This would be a very scary number to play in 2024, but the truth is that Sellers has gotten little to no help from his offense. His receivers aren’t separating, his offensive line isn’t blocking, and he’s facing a defense that has done nothing but improve since their Week 1 fiasco against Florida State. Sacks, of course, count for negative yards in college football and will be very much in play here.

Lotzeir Brooks, WR, Alabama
MORE THAN 19.5 Yards on Longest Reception
Brooks has been a young phenom in this very talented room. It’s difficult to determine which Alabama receiver is going to be the guy that day, but Brooks is consistently good for at least one big play a game. He’s averaging almost 16 yards per reception on the year.

Other Dawson Selections

Caleb Hawkins, RB, North Texas - MORE THAN 88.5 Rushing Yards
Raylen Sharpe, WR, Arkansas - MORE THAN 33.5 Receiving Yards
Taylen Green, QB, Arkansas - MORE THAN 235.5 Passing Yards
Randy Bond, K, Texas A&M - MORE THAN 1.5 FGs Made
Rueben Owens II, RB, Texas A&M - LESS THAN 70.5 Rushing Yards
