The Latest: Evans (FL) WR Tony Stevens

Brice and I traveled to San Antonio to watch the 6-4 wide receiver, from Orlando, Florida, at the Army All-American practice today. In the cold, windy weather, Stevens showed good hands and speed on occassion, but it was hard to get a good feel for his abilities because he is hampered with sore feet — from wearing cleats that were a size too small during yesterday's practice.
