Key notes from Michael Earley interview

  • You can’t get swept, period. It’s a 30-game schedule. We lost a series because we didn't do what we had to do for three games. For two games, we got pushed around a little bit. It was good to see a response, but we still have not played our best baseball. Yesterday was positive because, in this league, you have to hang on, and you can't get swept.

  • It's the first time we've lost two in a row.
