Should NCAA be granted limited antitrust exemption in rev-share era?

In his Monday meeting with the media, Texas A&M's Trev Alberts highlighted the need to get back to "playing offense" in the business of college athletics. To do so, the Aggie AD prefers a skinny NIL bill over broad antitrust exemptions in the fallout of the House v. NCAA settlement.
