As House v. NCAA settlement goes into effect, cheating likely to persist
Throughout the House v. NCAA case and subsequent settlement, college sports fans were told to prepare for changes. With the rev-share era beginning on July 1, a welcomed change would be the NCAA finally punishing "brand" schools for the cheating that will inevitable continue.
