Bucky McMillan and the Fightin' Texas Aggies have received the commitment of former Tennessee forward Cade Phillips. Last year for the Volunteers, Phillips averaged 3.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and shot 65.4 percent from the field as a junior.
