If Arky gets to rerun then USC should also. That heat was slow with all the craziness. Arky shouldn't get a clean time trial with no bumping, no having to run outside, and nobody in their way. Arky always seems to pull some shady crap in track/field to get an advantage. Put a stop to this.

The sad thing is another wasted Natty shot. Nothing went right for us except the DMR. Finished 10th with the 4x4 DQ.

- big favorite in 4x4 got DQed
- nation leading pole vaulter finished 4
- Auhmad Robinson finished 3rd in 400 despite being in the worst lane in the slow heat and getting bumped and breaking stride. And still missed winning by 0.1
- JQScott got a bad start in the 60 hurdle final and finished 7th. He's better outdoors in the longer event, but -0.03 would have been +4 points
- bad performances out of our long/triple jumpers. They weren't favored, but one of them should have picked up a few points

4x4 win, pole vault win, 400 win and we are national champs. All 3 should have happened. Margins are thin.

You summed it all perfectly! That was my fear, Arkansas and USC has so many more chances than us! We clearly could have won it all, but with little margin of error. They had many more opportunities to score in different events and it paid off. JC Stevenson had a rough meet, Brackins didn't even do what he usually does, Reina, Abdalla, Kiprop score nothing for Arkansas. This many breaks rarely happens, if there's a year for us to win it, this should've been it! It's a very senior team and we haven't recruited many high school guys.

All that said, I got my money on the Ags outdoors! Scott in the 110 and 400 hurdles, along with McCray. We get Hankins in the javelin, and God willing Kibiego in the steeple. I also bet our 800 guys bounce back and do something special outdoors!

A regional prelim with us Arkansas and USC and even Texas Tech will be absolutely crazy
