Her and Registre of South Carolina are great 400 depth pieces, hopefully we can get them right! I still hope we can add 2 more 400 centered runners! Hopefully a superstar sub 51 runner as well

I imagine family would play a factor, but I can not imagine the culture shock moving from Starkville to Eugene...

And other than arky having an indoor warmup area conveniently located to the indoor track, we have the better overall facilities.....

A great long jumper with a 20'8 PRc what fascinates me is that she high jumped 6 feet in high school and only competed a few times in college, none of last year… wonder if she'll try high jumping here!

I'd try to see how she does in the multis. Shot and javelin could be obstacles, but she has the speed and jumps to be a high scorer.

Aggies take another one from Fayetteville, Anya Jackson a freshman sprinter with bests of 11.36 in the 100 and 22.87 in the 200 joins our group! She ran that 200 time indoors to place 3rd at SEC's where she also placed 9th in the 60. She qualified to nationals indoors in the 200.

Yeah you are right! Our women's team looks really great on paper for next year! You'd think there would be a lot more announcements on the men's side given we have so much to replace… hopefully that means we're going after some big names (internationally too)

I'm hoping we can pick up Micah Larry of Georgia, I saw somewhere we're one of his final schools, he has bests of 60 - 6.58, 100 - 10.15, 200 - 20.81 and he's a 25'11 long jumper

He also ran a 3:59 mile at altitude and has a 3:39 Pb in the 1500. In 2024 he placed 5th at the British Olympic Trials in the 800! A huge huge huge pickup!

Great addition to our jumps squad! He hasn't jumped since December of 2024, so hopefully he's healthy and ready to go! He joins Gavin Champ, Jaydon Shield, and Jaden Harris to strengthen our triple jump group!

Spring sports don't have to designate their scholarship athletes until 12/1 which is kind of crappy to wait until then to try and find a landing spot.

But if the guys are "cut", they'll get the DSA status and won't count against roster limits if they choose to stay here or move on. I have heard 2 different stories on if they stay here, whether they'll get grandfathered into their prior scholarship arrangement.
