I wish in the 1950s (or whenever it was) when scientists were trying to determine which was worse for us, fat or sugar, that Big Sugar hadn't lobbied so hard and won the battle. I'd be a whole lot less addicted to sugar, or maybe our food culture would have developed differently than what it has.
