This always worked really well for me.
The best part of having zits is popping them. I'm 46. I'd give anything to get a big Ol pusty whitehead instead of a nasty lump that throbs for a week with no way to get rid of it.

That Dr. Pimple Popper chick is smoking hot.

A really saggy A or B. Sags are natural when there's some weight in them but theres an expectation for perky with smalls.
