I think it's fair to question the price considering it's A&M selling it and they have an almost exclusive ability to sell said bags of ice in from a prime location on game days.

They really shouldn't be charging 5 times what a bag normally costs. It's not like they are trying to cover an expensive lease payment or licensing agreement.

They could be for fun money. Maybe a little extra to splurge and get that appetizer at Applebee's.

I felt the same when almost every corner store except Buckees started charging $5-$6 for a 16lb bag of ice a couple of years ago.

If it cost the same as a regular bag of ice they would be sold out by 9am from people who bought it there for the convenience of it.

if you ever get in a bind out there and really need a bag of ice, you'll be glad it cost that much and they have some because of it.

We are talking about ice for a cooler, not some vital resources needed in an emergency. If they run out, they run out. There's no reason they should be charging $15 a bag

I'm not talking about an emergency emergency. just a real pinch. It happens out there.

just buy ice before you go. not that hard.
