But also, I actually like Iowa, and southern Minnesota. It can be really pretty up there.

Did you know that Iowa has painted the visitor's locker room pink for decades? A former coach thought it would sap the toughness from opponents, and it's become a tradition. You can impress Uncle Mark with this knowledge.

The tv show That's Incredible! had a story on Baker-Miller Pink back in the day. It stuck in my memory.

I didn't find that clip, but here is discussion on use of that color. There is another video that mentions drunk tanks in the title. Interesting stuff.
