Found a candy bar

My paycheck for 3 weeks was delivered, even if it was only 50%.
I had free chips and queso from Qdoba because I was born.
My old boss asked me to come back to the office to help with workload that has gotten out of hand. I completed it plus some.
I worked so hard today I KNOW I'm going to sleep well.
My new airpods arrived.
My Christmas shirt made several people happy enough to comment on it.


It was a great day.

I think I've mastered pasta madre. Something that was a lifetime goal that I thought I would accomplish in another year or two, maybe five at the latest, happened in the past week.

Two of my friends celebrated their birthday yesterday. They requested a pizza, which I made, and I included two caprese sandwiches made using the pasta madre. They devoured them. One of the birthday girls is the one person who understood how excited I was about this achievement, and was jumping up and down when I told her the story yesterday. It's great when people match your energy.

My daughter in law and my son brought us chicken and dumplings, I got to be with their four children (my grandchildren of course) and got to hold the 5 month old. And will get to again in the morning during church.

I witnessed in person a good college football team come back from a halftime deficit of 3-30 to win 31-30.

And a daughter kissed me on the cheek.

It's not much better than that.

Really good shower sex
