We get a Goode Co pecan pie each year from my financial advisor. The frustrating thing to me is that after several years of thinking it was a crappy pie and throwing out half of it, we finally saw on the bottom of the aluminum pan that they recommend it be warmed up. It is pretty danged good after that, but with the fancy packaging you never think about turning it upside down to read the label.

Maybe I missed it already .... But heat it up AND as a little vanilla ice cream. I've seen some folks do chocolate ice cream but if it ain't broke......

I hate the Goode Co pecan pies. Wayyyy too much added junk in them. My job used to give those to us at Christmas. They were nasty and the little bit I ate gave me a huge huge headache afterwards.
