Got a cheapo Leo Jaymz headless guitar in today. Tuning this thing was a new experience, need to play around with the action as it is higher than eagle tiddies. I think it's gonna be a fun little guitar

I don't have a lot of experience with Gretsch, but that is a beautiful instrument. Hope it plays and sounds as great as it looks!
Now, take that tuner off! Don't want to stain your headstock! Granted, that only really happens with nitro finishes, and I don't know if that line has nitro or poly.

Has anyone else attended one of these vintage guitar shows before?

I've attended the NorCal one the past few years (and will go again this weekend). It's fun to look at all the old guitars, but I never really know what I should be looking out for in terms of "good deals" (or if they even exist) at these types of events.
Curious to hear the groups thoughts. Thanks!
haha! One sink fixed, will try to fix the other during halftime of the Bball game. Then I have to clean up my work area that got dominated by Christmas present wrapping, then I want to unbox the kit. Still have no idea what color I'm going to make it. I keep seeing some sweet green guitars on this thread so maybe I'll try that.jvd2002 said:

Any opinions on the MIM Fender Player 2 Tele's? FWIW, I prefer rosewood fingerboards to maple, and I'm not a professional, so I don't need a $3k model.
