It's kind of crazy, but also exciting, that we have no idea if season four is going to take place in London, New York, Silicon Valley - or all three. I can't think of a single show where that kind of question was left hanging between seasons.

Harry Lawtey's character was my favorite in the show and he is an incredible actor. That's a bummer.
Same. Granted, I never quite understood how they were going to follow him in the states while seemingly every other character was back in England, but it still sucks, if only because he was easily the most relatable.

Really sucks that Rob isn't on the show anymore. But as long as the end of the series is Piper in prison then we're all good.

Over a year late, but that finale was fantastic! Had it been the series finale it would have been in the top tier list for finales I've ever seen. It definitely felt like they wrote it without the expectation they'd get another season.
I have no idea how they bring this all back together next season. No Rob is a bummer because it felt like he had become the heart of the show, but it kind of makes sense with where they left his character. It is a natural ending for him.
Hopefully they can keep the level they found in season three going forward, because this show got significantly better from season to season.

Watching Industry makes me more anxious than any other TV show I've ever watched I think.

There are finally a few shots of him in the latest trailer above, but he looks to have a very limited role.
I have added this to my to watch list and very late to the party but better late than never. Will start with season 1 this week and once I catch up, I will come back to read the comments here.

Would be tough. I recommend starting from S1. S3 was actually my least favorite; enjoyed it but just didn't care for the Kit Harrington character/storyline. And the best part is Robert's continued development, which not having the context of S1-S2 would make that land less. There's a ton you'd miss, plus S1-S2 is just damn good tv and character development and worth the time.
