Man, I feel like I missed something on what I watched of him. Maybe I need to go back and watch his Netflix special longer. I have zero issues with clean comedy. (Massive Brian Regan fan from the 90s). I just didn't think he was funny at all with what I watched.

Hello World on Amazon I think is his best special. But Tennessee Kid (Netflix? Or used to be) is great as well and sort of the launching point that made him mega-famous.

There is one weird special made during Covid. Content isn't bad but there is a distracting laugh track due to a very sparse crowd that almost ruins it.

Milkshake winning for Severance and Milotti(sp?) winning for Penguin are well deserved. They were both awesome.

I did see Colbert won for his show which is lol pathetic. I would be insulted if I were him to win a total sympathy Emmy which completely invalidates the show.

Not sure who Bella Ramsey is. Some anti-American, commie chick yelling F* ICE and Free Palestine won an award. Be nice if they would stop doing that stuff.

Despite being one of the most popular stand-up comedians right now, he hasn't done much of anything on film or tv. The Washington SNL sketch is definitely the most viewed thing he's been in. With streaming apps paying top dollar for stand-up specials and the ability to make revenue from a podcast, stand-up comedians don't need to go the sitcom or sketch show route anymore to make the big money.

Nate's self deprecating humor is hilarious to me. As much as a I love him, I don't think hosting the Emmy's was the best fit for him. Jennifer Coolidge on the other hand had me cracking me up.

Speaking of Jennifer Coolidge, is there anyone else who is always in character like her? Or is that how she is in real life? I've always wondered this.

His memoir Big Dumb Eyes is really good. I recommend you listen to him read it on audiobook.
