I feel like 2025 has been a good year for music, some of my favorite bands have released this year.

My AOTY so far is Bleeds, by Wednesday.
I'm also enjoying the New Tame Impala so that might pass it by the end of the year but it hasn't even been out for a week.

Curious to know what y'all have been enjoying this year.

Plush's debut album came out last year, but they released a live album this year that is really good. Monica's vocals are incredible and their sound is really good.

Yellowcard put out a new record for the first time in 10 years. Travis Barker played drums and helped produce it. It has a early pop punk feel to with with a good mix of modern vibes.

Love Letters Lost with Alkaline Trio lead singer Matt Skiba might be one of their best songs. Also have a ballad with Avril Lavigne that is very catchy.

Their first single, Better Days, actually reached #1 on Alt Music Charts. Even Ocean Avenue never reached #1. The music video is a cool throwback.

Check out the new Spock's Beard album if you hanker for some oldish school prog, Reminds me a lot of their early stuff.
