Not much to comment on really. I would expect/hope GNX wins Album Of The Year. The list is pretty abysmal this year.
As far as music I care about:
- Jason Isbell picked up 3 more nominations and will likely add to his 6 trophies.
- Turnstile has three songs from their album nominated in three different categories: Best Rock Performance (NEVER ENOUGH), Best Metal Performance (BIRDS), and Best Alternative Rock Performance (SEEIN' STARS). Has that ever happened before? Just speaks to the semi-absurdity of "genre".
